Civil Engineer as Deputy Head of Design & Development (m/w/d)

In the course of the long-term orientation of the development and construction department, we are looking for a civil engineer (m/w(d) with know-how in the production of static calculations and the desire for more responsibility. Independent production of testable static calculations and strength proofs for new and special constructions Development of planning documents and supervision of tests and experiments in the introduction of new products and materials Close cooperation with the supervisor and takeover of the department management in absence Responsibility for the up-to-date status of standards and occasional participation in events of associations and committees Participation in cross-departmental project groups to develop new product ideas

Successfully completed study of civil engineering – preferably in construction engineering or a comparable qualification Practical experience in the comparable field of work with clear reference to concrete construction / wood construction / steel construction or metal construction Knowledge of design and application standards of construction Experience in handling static and FEM programs (e.g. Dlubal RSTAB) as well as CAD programs such as Autodesk Inventor Embossed team skills, hands-on mentality and high innovative capability
