In order to help even more patients, we regularly need reinforcement of dedicated and highly qualified employees with personality. In a global network of around 1,500 DKMS collegiate, we want to work together with you and more than 13 million registered donors: within this goal. The DKMS Donor Center is a wholly owned subsidiary of DKMS. The Donor Center has the primary tasks of donor registration, donor care and donor placement. Fundraising is responsible for the fundraising strategy of the DKMS. In addition to the strategic development of different donors:in-target groups, the creation and implementation of cross-media and target-group-specific measures as well as the organisation of donation-generating events are also included. The aim of the department is to ensure a professional donor dialogue and to generate money, material and effort donations, money requirements, sponsoring incomes and discounts to finance stem cell dispenser recovery, improved access of blood cancer patients: in therapies worldwide and to support blood cancer research.

The Community Fundraising and Money Donor Service team is responsible for the fields of money donor care and administration, the processing of the pay, property and expenses donations of the entire DKMS group, as well as for the content of fundraising payment systems and payment processing. The team is also responsible for community fundraising and engagement. In order to support our fundraising department in the office in Cologne, we are looking for a:n Referent:in (m/w/d) Community Fundraising & Geldspende Service.

Planning, implementation and ensuring a fast and efficient money dispenser service Processing and processing of donations of any kind Advice and support for tax and donation issues for B2C and B2B for the entire DKMS Development and implementation of individual donor binding communication (thanking and binding mechanisms) Conception and derivation of fundraising activities using software programs, donor surveys, market analyses Professional responsibility for money donation processing (digital/analog), e.g. through the donation money form, payment systems, external payment providers as well as digital tools/software

Successfully completed studies or completed commercial training with additional qualification and at least 2-year professional experience, ideally through work in non-profit organisations/in the fundraising sector Very good knowledge of data processing and CRM databases, e.g. Salesforce Good knowledge of tax and donation principles as well as good business and marketing skills Good knowledge of digital/analog fundraising tools Good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German Responsible, structured work and analytical thinking Service orientation, liability and communication strength driving licence class B
