Manager Business Controlling (m/f/d)

In this newly created position, you play a central role at the interface between controlling and specialist areas. As a trusted business management partner, you drive forward the further development of business controlling and make a significant contribution to the successful corporate management. In particular, you expect the following tasks: Responsibility for the holistic controlling of selected areas and central functions Leadership and development of the team in the sense of a modern business partnering approach Control and coordination of budget, forecast and medium-term planning in close cooperation with the responsible parties Analysis of business results, identification of optimization potentials as well as derivation and follow-up of appropriate performance support measures Creating meaningful management reports, decision bases and presentations for executives and management bodies Consulting on strategic issues, business cases and investment decisions as well as close cooperation with corporate controlling and relevant interfaces Further development of controlling processes, key figures and reporting standards as well as cooperation in cross-departmental projects for digitization and standardization of processes

Successfully completed studies in business management or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling, finance or corporate management Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally in a production, industrial or corporate environment Leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility Funded knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering as well as a deep understanding of business relationships Safe handling of common controlling tools and ERP / BI systems as well as very good Excel knowledge Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with high communication strength, persuasiveness and professional appearance at all hierarchical levels
