You operate flexibly in various houses in the district of Ludwigsburg. You always help out where replacement is needed and get to know different houses, colleagues and residents. You actively cultivate our residents, are attentive interlocutors and thus provide more quality of life and well-being. You document all care and care measures. You motivate our residents to participate in activities in the house. You create the care plans and pay attention to compliance with the current care standards.

You are ready for changing operations in one of our 26 houses throughout the district of Ludwigsburg. By the way: We pay for this use with a monthly allowance of 800 euros and a private car including private use You are examinated nursing staff, elderly caregivers or bring a comparable qualification. It enthuses you to shape our concept of small, family houses. To do this, you will be happy to introduce your know-how and ideas.
