The SOS Children's Village Schwerin offers various support for children and adolescents as well as their families and relatives. In Schwerin we are active in the field of outpatient and outpatient assistance for education and an open offer. For our SOS Children's Village Schwerin, we are looking for a social worker / social pedagogue (m/w/d) for the outpatient help to educate in permanent employment, full-time or part-time (min. 30 - max. 38.5 hours/Where.) Your task: The SOS Children's Village Schwerin has been accommodating children, young people and families in difficult situations of life for many years. In the field of outpatient assistance for education, we are helping families in close cooperation with the Youth Office. Our goal is to make resources visible, to strengthen the competence of individual family members and thus to sustainably stabilise families. Your tasks include:✓ They advise families in educational questions and help them to structure family life in a beneficial way.✓ They accompany and stabilize families in acute crisis situations by giving orientation and concrete help.✓ They provide appropriate support services and help build helpful networks.✓ They promote a positive parent-child relationship by listening, consulting and developing solutions together.✓ They create a trusted educational partnership with parents and relatives.✓ They work closely with the General Social Service and take responsibility in the field of child protection.✓ They are conscientiously implementing the protection of children and persons.
