The Helle Mitte day clinic centre, consisting of the FRITZ, EMMA and PIT day clinics in Berlin-Hellersdorf, supports patients with mental illnesses. The EMMA daily clinic has 18 treatment sites and specialises in treating people with emotionally unstable personality disorders, especially Borderline. The focus is on the support of patients on their way to more stability, quality of life and self-reality. The therapy is based on mindfulness and is based on the principles of dialectic-behavioral therapy (DBT).
