As a product manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the development, market introduction and establishment of innovative and holistic energy solutions (like our EnergyFreedom 360°) for private customers. Ensure that our products are economical, competitive and customer-oriented and contribute significantly to high customer satisfaction through continuous development. Their tasks include the development and maintenance of a pioneering product strategy for holistic energy solutions in the private customer sector You define a long-term product vision with clear roadmaps and milestones and work closely with the participating specialist areas Through market and competitive analyses, you identify trends and innovations early on, evaluate new product ideas and drive their development forward You calculate and test new products independently and accompany them to the successful market launch In addition, you take over the interface management between the disciplines such as photovoltaics, heat, mobility and tariff customers and moderate and manage interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth cooperation and successful implementation of our projects

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economic engineering, business management with a focus on supply or energy management or a comparable qualification Your well-founded professional experience in the energy industry makes you a competent contact person for our customers and partners With your strong customer orientation and strong interest in innovation as well as technical developments, you actively contribute to developing the RhönEnergie Group in a future-oriented manner Your empathic, communicative and assertive personality allows you to achieve convincing results both in the team and independently.
