Total coordination of the handling position including clearing of the position and return of all devices used Coordination, monitoring and control of all workflows according to airline procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations Recording and transmission of all flight-relevant charging data in German and English Monitoring the PSA of the loading team and control of the team staff's work execution Direct communication with the customer’s line and reporting of irregularities to TL / SV Collection of all information relevant to the handling prior to the start of processing, as well as information transfer and distribution of tasks to the loader Walk-Out Assistance at Pushback

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage Driving licence Class B Valid DGR license (module M) (m/w/d) or Ramp Agent (m/w/d) Experience in employee management of advantage Embossed communication strength Detection of qualification for a CLC via Altea Ramp Gui Detection of a completed two-day product training
