Job Description The security team leader (STM) acts as a daily manager of a security team on site. The STM is responsible for building a coherent and powerful team. He reports directly to the Campus Security Manager and works together with other security team leaders on campus to ensure a safe environment. Additional tasks include customer support and troubleshooting, service improvement, maintenance of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), compliance with audit policies, system monitoring, protocol maintenance and access rights management. Ensure that all operators and control room managers comply with the guidelines and standard operating procedures Monitors on-site safety systems to ensure safe and proper operation of the device Takes the role of the responder or of the control room monitor in times of increased activity or in the absence of the staff Keeps the security technology on site and performs bug fixes Recommends the campus security officer corrective measures for security personnel Helps in carrying out consulting and remedial measures on the instructions of the Campus Security Manager Helps in inspection of equipment on site and compliance with audits Conducts recall audits, prepares critical and confidential information and forwards it directly to the customer's management team Conducts the necessary security documentation and ensures its accuracy in accordance with the specified policies and procedures Serves as main contact partner for the management of the data center and security personnel if the campus manager's security manager is not available What we offer An unlimited contract of employment with the market leader Overtime and punctual payment Design options in an international environment Exciting tasks with room for personal development Structure of a well-known customer A valued corporate culture Vehicle with private use What we wish Stress resistance, flexibility, process strength, sense of responsibility Communicative talent and hand-on mentality Organizational talent with ability to teamwork and individual work Extensive experience in dealing with international customers, preferably in the context of data centers Very good knowledge of German and English (C1) Secure application of MS Office programs Car driving licence Class B
