Employees in education management (m/f/d)

For our team of 8 Customer and Education Managers (m/w/d) in vocational education, we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) in education management at the next possible time. Your tasks include the development, implementation and maintenance of educational concepts, which are based on current market trends and on professional and educational developments. You actively conduct market research and develop creatively new seminars and courses within vocational education and bring them into implementation. In addition, you actively participate in the selection and binding of new lecturers (m/w/d), support our participants and maintain the established networks. From voting on budget planning to planning and implementing marketing measures, you take responsibility for the success of the offers. You are responsible for the maintenance and updating of the data in the seminar software used and the documentation of all activities in our QM system.

You have completed their studies with a focus on pedagogy and didactics of adult education or a comparable degree. You have already gained several years of experience in the sales of educational offerings and educational controlling. Organizational skills, a pronounced professional, methodical and social competence are just as well as innovative thinking and acting. A high degree of customer and service orientation is obvious to you, and you are also trained in dealing with difficult conversation situations. You speak German fluent in word and writing; Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable. You also know how to work with databases and are familiar with the environment of Microsoft 365.
