Planning, tendering and construction management until final acceptance Implementation and control (incl. audit) of measures in the areas of refrigeration, ventilation and climate Project management and implementation management in the field of building technology independent identification of requirements for technical adaptations of existing installations and infrastructure Implementation and operation of control systems and systems in the field of building control technology and energy management Determination of requirements for the technical adaptation of existing ventilation systems and infrastructures as well as maintenance of existing facilities

a (special) college degree in refrigeration, ventilation and/or air conditioning technology or art related courses (Dipl. Ing. FH / TU or Bachelor / Master) or alternatively a comparable training with relevant experience Knowledge in the procurement law VOB, the environmental, construction, legal and DIN regulations and the HOAI desirable Basic knowledge of safety regulations (UVV) an independent working and sense of responsibility Teamability, good negotiating skills and enforcement ability Class B Note: Some of the tasks are performed in non-accessible or poorly accessible areas (e.g. construction sites).
