You take over the design, planning and implementation of change and communication measures in different transformation projects. You will develop appropriate communication and information strategies that build on the results of your analyses and specifically involve stakeholders. You actively advise and support managers and project teams in changing processes. In doing so, you take on the design and moderation of workshops and dialogue formats; continue to carry out analyses of organizational structures and develop suitable change strategies. Working on the further development of our change methods and tools rounds off your variety of tasks.

A successfully completed study of economics, psychology, communication sciences or comparable forms the ideal prerequisite for this position. In addition, you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in the field of change management – at best in the support of digital transformation projects. You have good knowledge of agile and classic project methods; A systemic training or knowledge of systemic advice is desirable.
