We are looking forward to your application as a team management (m/w/d) Operations Payment at C24 Bank!

You guide your operating team professionally and disciplinefully - from setting new colleagues to the targeted further development of each team member You are responsible for the continuous development of processes and applications in the team, e.g. for CpD account management, batchback processing and account matching, and actively promote the use of AI-based solutions for automation and efficiency enhancement You ensure the correct and timely processing of card complaints (sharebacks) as well as requests and complaints in payment transactions You create clear decision-making, promote a collaborative team culture and are the contact person for internal stakeholders such as customer service, compliance and finance You control communication with external partners such as service providers, the Bundesbank and other banks and represent the team to the outside

Ideally, you have completed bank training, another commercial training or a successfully completed study You have very good knowledge of payment transactions (Mastercard/Visa, girocard, SEPA, SWIFT) as well as managing CpD accounts and accounting You bring first leadership experience and enjoy developing and forming a team You take Ownership, can illustrate complex topics in a comprehensible way and connect a hand-on mentality with strategic thinking You draw your attention through a high level of readiness to learn, an independent way of working and a safe handling of the MS‐Office package You have very good German and good English skills
