Shift Manager Automotive Logistics (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the management and organization of your shift in the operating area (spring/spring shift change) Ensuring punctual, high-quality and smooth order processing

Operation and capacity planning, including coordination of temporary workers

Professional and personal development and coaching of team leaders

Constructive cooperation with customers, technology, QEHS, engineering and HR

Administrative activities in the day shift (e.g. reporting, process improvements)

Analysis and continuous optimization of processes (Lean, Six Sigma, Ishikawa etc.)

Cooperation on strategic projects, including new production lines from 2026

Complete technical or commercial training, ideally with further training (e.g. masterin or technicianin)

Multiannual experience in the warehouse and logistics environment, like in automotive logistics

Experience in leadership of teams as well as joy in accompanying and developing people

readiness to work in the layer system (break, late layer // start early layer at 05.30; Late shift at 13.50 am)

Secure handling of key figures as well as MS Word and Excel

Knowledge of Lean Management and/or Six Sigma beneficial

Very good knowledge of German and good English in a multicultural environment
