Projektleiter (w/m/d) At the next time or by agreement, we are looking for an educatorin / social pedagogical specialist (w/m/d) for the nest (U3) in our district-Kita Ziegelhof in Berlin-Spandau. The body first refers to a parental leave until February 2027; a takeover into the institution is sought in perspective after the representation. The Kita opened in 2022 is located in the Wilhelmstadt district in a green area near the Havel. It offers 110 seats for children aged 1 to 6. It has established a dedicated core team that is looking forward to other nice colleagues. The single-storey timber construction consists of four building parts that recall a small village. Three of the houses are revived by the children, one of the houses includes the kitchen and administration of the Kita. The free area of the kita allows different possibilities of use, such as movement, communication, sand play and gardeners. The Kita works according to the Early Excellence approach (EEC), which actively integrates parents into everyday life and presents a variety of family education opportunities. After the EEC premise “the best to the youngest” we are looking for people who build the U3 area not only through pronounced cordiality and warmth, but with the knowledge that the foundations for an enriching and happy kitatime and the educational course of a child are laid. We work here openly, but with small units, our “nests” in which the children experience security and security. Your duties As an educatorin / social pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) you accompany the children every day in their individual development and build a trusted bond. You create creative learning situations and implement them in diverse offerings (according to the Berlin educational program). Together with the team, you work on day-to-day planning across groups and perform tasks that match your personal skills. You actively engage in parental work and look at a trusted educational partnership as a natural part of your work. You co-operate in the social environment with various other institutions (such as the “Frühen Hilfe” of youth dwellings in Kiez, the Kita Lasiuszeile and the family center). Your profile A state recognition as an educator (w/m/d) or a comparable degree as a social education specialist is a prerequisite, such as childhood education, education or early education, as well as German language skills at level C1. You want to further train or even have additional qualifications, such as e.g. as a specialist for participation and inclusion, psychomotorics, language promotion, natural or animal-based pedagogy. You are motivated to work together with the team, the kita management and your ideas on building the kita. Whether you are a sportsman, a craftsman, an artist or a gardener, you can bring your hobbies to work. You understand different cultures as an enrichment of our society. You see yourself as a life-long learner and bring a good portion of humor. Ideally, besides German, you also speak foreign languages (e.g. English, Turkish, Arabic or Russian). You can expect from us Remuneration: Your salary matched with the works council is between €3266.44 and €4381.93 gross/month at a 39-hour/week and is increased annually, based on the tariff increases in the country of Berlin. Additional qualifications (such as FK participation and inclusion) are rewarded with a further 170 € gross/month. Jobticket: We grant your Germany ticket job or your VBB company ticket. Holiday: You will get 30 days holiday and in addition the 24. + 31.12. as free days. Four-day week: For part-time employment, we allow you to divide the working time to four days/week.
