The project on the National Hockey Training Center (NHTZ) aims to strengthen the existing sports infrastructure in Mönchengladbach and to expand the existing hockey infrastructure in the interest of the German Hockey Federation (DHB) as a national training centre with sports school and cold air hall. The planned NHTZ will further increase the importance of the existing hockey park as a flagship of the city of Mönchengladbach. Because (Field) Hockey is one of the most successful Olympic sports in Germany. In addition, the training center is intended to serve as a stimulus for further developments and facilities of the sports and adventure world in the Mönchengladbacher Nordpark. You control the commercial part of the project National Hockey Training Center (NHTZ) over all phases of construction, from the audit of the contract to the final billing. You take over the project execution and cost control, including budget tracking, identification of deviations and cost optimization, responsible for budgeting, forecasts, financial and liquidity planning and project reporting. You work closely with the external project controller, coordinate project processes and ensure compliance with budgets, timetables and risk management measures. Also check the use of funds and create proof of use as well as DCF analyses according to conditions of delivery. Also perform deviation analyses, create reports and adhoc evaluations for decision makers, check contracts/accounts, release payments and optimize middle retrieval and billing processes. Lastly, you are responsible for audits and audits, including audit-proof documentation and archiving of the project files.

You have a commercial training with further qualification or a study in the field of construction, business or similar. You have well-founded experience (> 5 years) in the commercial support of construction projects, ideally in publicly funded construction. Your knowledge in cost management, budget control and financial planning as well as in the handling of funding/public requirements are excellent. You like to work in the team and convince us by communicative strength. At any time, you optimize processes sovereignly, you work structured and independent, think analytic and solve problems efficiently. Finally, you can safely handle MS Office; ideally you can also bring experience in project management or ERP systems.

It expects a part-time job of 20 hours initially for 18 months in a digital working environment with flexible working hours. With the connection to the public service contract for the administration (TVöD-V), the grouping takes place in the remuneration group 10.
