Team Leadership: As a team leader, you take over the professional leadership of the Sales Campaign team. You promote motivating team culture and place great emphasis on the professional and personal development of employees campaign management: You are responsible for the planning, control and further development of sales campaigns to increase sales and sales as well as for customer acquisition and retention. Through the targeted use of a 360° communication on internal and external channels, you generate maximum attention for the top offers at ROSSMANN with your team. Together with various stakeholders, you develop the Sales Campaign Year Plan and ensure smooth implementation by your team Loyalty Programs: Customer Liability Measures such as BON CHANCE and the Implementation of POS Confession Actions with Industrial Partners E-Commerce Denmark: With your team, you are responsible for all marketing activities for the Danish online shop and continuously develop them in cooperation with the relevant interfaces Analysis & Process Optimization: Thanks to their analytical know-how, you will not only keep in mind timings and budgets, but also analyze the development of sales campaigns in the course of the year on the basis of a variety of KPIs to respond to trends and developments in the short term. You coordinate the daily workflows in the team and optimize processes to ensure a smooth process Stakeholder communication: Communication is the A and O. Your career foundation forms a completed study in the field of business, communication or similar qualifications You bring several years of experience in campaign management, ideally in the FMCG industry, in trade or an agency, and experience in the professional leadership of teams or in responsible project management with Thanks to its strong organizational design and solution-oriented operation, you always keep an overview of all processes and can react flexibly to short-term adjustments You have excellent presentation skills and a strong communication strength in handling internal and external stakeholders A pronounced hand-on mentality and a sense of decision shape your working style With an excellent understanding of figures analyze and evaluate measures precisely based on clear KPIs Your profile is rounded off by a high team capability and an empirical leadership style
