Occupational Safety Specialist – Safety Engineer (m/f/d)

Security Engineer (m/w/d) As an employee (m/w/d) of the AGU staff office, You work closely with the chancellor of the University of Applied Sciences and all persons responsible for occupational/fire protection and the representatives of supervisory authorities and facilities in the AGU area.

Consultation and support of university management and management in all matters relating to occupational and health protection, in particular by fulfilling the tasks referred to in § 6 of the Act on occupational physicians, safety engineers and other occupational safety specialists (ASiG) Support for university staff in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2, focuses on the university sites in Soest and Meschede with responsibility for local presence in other locations Cooperation, implementation and optimization of occupational safety concepts and prevention programmes to prevent accidents at work and support in the implementation of current safety and fire protection requirements In the case of all staff employed in the High School, the requirements of occupational safety and the prevention of accidents must be met accordingly. Employment and counselling on site Ensuring and monitoring compliance with applicable legal and administrative requirements (m/w/d) for the Soest and Meschede sites Monitoring / Organisation of radiation protection and laser protection at the university Acquisition and implementation of information events / training within the framework of occupational safety Participation in meetings of the University's Work Protection Committee

graduate studies (Bachelor or Master) in a technical or scientific field in conjunction with at least two years of practical work experience or completed training in a natural and technical profession (safety technician) in conjunction with at least two years of practical work experience (m/w/d) for occupational safety / DGUV Regulation 2 or the availability to obtain the safe technology specialist as a specialist (m/w/d) for occupational safety by taking part in corresponding training events

The full-time employment relationship shall be based on the collective agreement for the public service of the countries and shall be fixed without delay. The position can also be occupied in parttime. The grouping takes place in the fee group 11 TV-L. The working time and place of work can be flexibly designed as part of an existing model.
