You assemble welding assemblies according to the drawing in a production-oriented manner. To do this, first check whether all materials and required documents are present so that you can successfully carry out assembly. You document the proper performance of the work and always have a look at the relevant safety regulations. What are you doing? You have technical vocational training e.g. as a structural mechanic, metal maker or industrial mechanic. You can also convince yourself with several years of professional experience in steel construction. The reading of technical drawings is not a problem for you.
