Project Manager

At the next time we are looking for you as project manager:in (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Karlsruhe location. Your tasks: Own responsibility you control complex construction projects from project preparation, planning and execution to successful project completion To do this, you take over the professional and dispositive management of the associated employees The implementation of the projects in a timely, cost- and quality-oriented manner, taking into account legal, technical and group-internal requirements, together with the commercial project management You will contribute to the necessary design decisions and permits. This includes the assessment of special technical proposals and further approvals in special cases for technical planning (UiG and ZiE) Planning and construction contracts and necessary service contracts are prepared, coordinated and controlled by you; you also monitor the contractual performance and manage a proactive contractual and supplementary management As a central interface, you coordinate all project participants, contractors:inside and stakeholder and ensure transparent project communication Opportunities, risks and deviations are kept in mind, take appropriate countermeasures and report regularly on the current project stand and answer the quality assurance, the acceptance of planning and construction services and a complete, comprehensible project documentation You will ensure that the requirements of national construction supervision (VV Bau, VV Bau STE, etc.) and EU-wide legislation (TSI, TEIV, etc.) are implemented in accordance with the requirements for commissioning in mind
