As a modern service provider in the healthcare sector, we are competent service partners for our approximately 31,000 members - the contract physicians and psychotherapists in Bavaria. We offer advice and service to our members, develop and evaluate innovative medical care structures and establish future-oriented quality standards.

For our area of seizure we are looking for you as a regional management (m/w/d) supply permits. Together with their three teams, you will design the supply structures and processes of our healthcare sector and thereby enable an optimized internal and intersectoral interconnection. Your teams process our members' requests for a variety of types of permits to ensure health care throughout Bavaria. Continuous leadership and further development of the three team lines as well as the overall approx. 30 employees across two districts (Munich and Regensburg) Ensuring a cross-group and site information flow and uniform workflow Monitoring of key figures and service times with derivation of suitable optimization and digitization measures Active cooperation with interface partners within and outside the KVB Creation of advice documents and decision proposals for management and management The place of service can be according to your preference in Munich or Regensburg. The teams are distributed to these two locations, so that regular readiness to travel to the respective other location is required.

Applicable (specialized) university studies ideally from the field of law, economics or health or completed vocational training with specialized professional qualifications and multiannual professional experience Detectable multi-year leadership skills and a clear picture of successful, sustainable leadership Ability to translate ideas into practical solutions and get familiar with new and complex issues quickly Impressed oral and written communication skills in order to reach and take part addressees in a manner appropriate and effective in situ Practical experience in the application of SGB V regulations Ideally good knowledge in contract doctor law
