Special at this position Performance of standard-accompanying quality tests and first-part and last-part releases Testing of plastic welded joints including production, evaluation and measurement of microtome cuts Testing of metallic welded joints by metallographic grinding analyses Conducting laboratory and test engineering studies, e.g. wall thickness measurements, teaching tests, tensile and pressure tests as well as leak testing Analysis and processing of quality-relevant deviations in the production environment incl. Cause analysis and introduction of appropriate corrective measures Evaluation of committee parts in the context of the daily committee round and deriving measures to avoid errors Implementation of incoming goods inspections and introduction and support for supplier complaints Coordination of external sorting and reworking service providers and approval of reprocessed parts Implementation of shipping audits and support for product audits Creation and preparation of quality-relevant reports

Your preferred qualifications Complete technical vocational training in the metal or plastic sector Good knowledge of the material analysis of metal and plastic Funded knowledge in MS Office and SAP, experience in handling the CAQ software Babtec Experience in programming and operating 3D measuring machines and optical measuring arms Multiannual professional experience (min. 3 years) in quality assurance Solution-oriented, flexible personality with team spirit High operational readiness, communication joy and enforcement Willingness to shift work Experience in quality-proofing measures, ideally in forming and welding technology Class B valid driving licence required
