Your job with us: In addition to residential and commercial properties, you will also accompany the placement of special special properties, such as agricultural areas, farms or riding facilities. You create market price estimates and develop individual marketing strategies for different types of real estate – from acquisition to notary appointment. You accompany owners and buyers professionally from the first contact to the successful conclusion of the contract. You design sales and marketing activities and recognize cross-selling potentials. You acquire new sales objects and continuously expand your regional network. You control the entire sales process independently and provide a first-class customer experience. In doing so, you represent our company on the market and build long-term customer relationships. You actively cultivate and expand your regional network to farms, authorities, reviewers and partners in agriculture and real estate.

That makes you: You have several years of professional experience in real estate placement, ideally complemented by knowledge in the field of agricultural/agricultural real estate. Its basis is training in the real estate industry (e.g. real estate businessman, real estate businessman) or a comparable qualification; Additional agricultural qualifications are also welcome. You bring a pronounced service and service orientation, stand up safely and inspire by your professional appearance. You work independently, reliably and targeted and have strong acquisition and sales skills. You are strong in communication, safe from negotiation and build long-term, trusting relationships.
