Project Manager TGA Focus on Refrigeration Technology (m/f/d)

As project manager TGA (m/w/d) with a focus on refrigeration technology, you will support our large markets (approximately 50) in the area of the northern half of Germany and ensure independent planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) with a focus on refrigeration and air conditioning technology. Tasks: Responsible planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) with a focus on refrigeration and climate technology

Coordination and management of external service providers, specialist companies and planning offices

Ensuring the operation of the composite refrigeration systems and connected refrigeration furniture or plug-ready cooling structures (including planning, rebuilding and optimization of refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with statutory audit and operator requirements, carrying out and monitoring of pressure tank checks etc.)

Monitoring project schedules, milestones, quality and costs

Implementation of tenders and collection, testing and evaluation of tenders

Responsibility for budget planning, cost control and tracking

Documentation and presentation of all project steps

Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and technical regulations

Monitoring refrigerant consumption, leakage and maintenance of data for CO2 reporting

Profile: Complete study of supply technology, building technology or comparable qualification (technical technician/master refrigeration/air conditioning)

Multiannual experience in project management in the area of TGA with focus on refrigeration technology

Knowledge of the planning, operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems

Safe handling of VOB/B and HOAI

Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN EN 378, F-Gase-Regulation, BetrSichV, TRBS, Pressure Equipment Directive, VDI 6022)

Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation

Communication strength and safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders

Safe handling of MS Office and ideally CAFM systems

Flexibility for regular service trips to the approximately 50 major markets/depots (about 2-3 days per week)
