We are looking for you Projektleiter (m/w) in the department of housekeeping. Your work is carried out at the Health Office Bremen during a 39-hour week.

You take over the holistic support of the service building. You carry out small repairs and repair work. You control the maintenance work and repair jobs carried out by external companies.

Required: You preferably have a successfully completed vocational training in a relevant artisanal area, which has to do directly with the main tasks of the masters of the house (w/m/d). You provide equivalent skills and experience to perform the activities. You are owned by a class B licence. Advantage: You have already gained professional experience in the fields of heating, installation, electrical professions, construction, wood processing, assembly, plant construction or metal construction. You bring professional experience as a master:in (w/m/d). You have basic knowledge of MS Office. You are physically resilient, well organized and work independently. You have the pleasure of teamwork and are happy to communicate with a variety of speakers.
