Sales Manager Food (m/f/d)

Assortment management: You are responsible for the analysis and further development of the ranges in the dry range, frozen, dairy products, bake-off and drugstore. Competition analysis: You continuously observe and analyze competitors as well as current developments in product range, product placement, sales prices, promotions and advertising. Category Management: You conduct, develop and implement category management projects, both in-house and in close cooperation with industrial partners. Communication: You are regularly exchanged with sales managers, market leaders and department managers and jointly accompany all relevant processes. Cooperation: You work closely with the Food Administration Office and ensure a coordinated implementation of the measures.

Training: You have completed training as a retail trader, ideally complemented by continuing training in business (e.g. a trade professional). Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in sales and have already taken over personnel responsibility. Customer and sales orientation: You always act customer-oriented and have a strong understanding of sales-promoting measures. Assortment knowledge: You have extensive knowledge in all food graders and have a good sense of market-oriented product range design. Experience: You have experience in implementing category management projects as well as in assortment work. Personal strengths: You convince by a sovereign appearance, team spirit, organizational talent and enforcement ability. At the same time, you are characterized by communication strength and social competence. Working methods: You work independently, structured and targeted and solution-oriented.
