Management of the “Warehouse Service” team and ensuring efficient processes

Operational support of our customers in Contract Logistics (CL) and European Logistics (EL) as well as ensuring a first-class customer service

Control and optimization of order processing and administrative handling

Creation of key figures and preparation of settlement for warehouse processes

Identification and implementation of optimization and improvement potentials

Coordination of administrative processes with contract logistics customers

Treatment of complaints and damages and introduction of necessary escalation stages

Customer support including delivery status clarification, appointments and KPI reporting

Preparation and participation in customer meetings to strengthen business relations

Tracking and coordination of operations

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) für Transport und Logistikdienstleistung mit Logistics-related Further Education or Business Studies with Focus on Logistics

Funded leadership experience in logistics and customer management

Practical knowledge in managing administrative processes within contract logistics

Safe handling of customers and partners as well as strong service orientation

Good knowledge of English, other European language skills

Good IT skills, especially MS Office, as well as experience with goods management systems (WWS)

Structured, result-oriented operation with regard to efficiency and costs
