Manager CSRD / ESG (m/f/d)

Participation in the Group-wide implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the EU-Taxonomy in the FUCHS Group Content and organisational support of defined European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) Support for the areas of expertise in the preparation of the EU-Taxonomy, CSRD-compliant Sustainability Report as part of the Group Report Limited CSRD-Assessments at local subsidiaries Implementation of the ESEF meeting for defined areas of the Sustainability Report Establishment and administration of an IT system for non-financial, sustainable reporting Observation and assessment of changes in the legal environment, e.g. EU-Taxonomy, CSRD and international sustainability standards, and their impact on the Group Advising the local management in ESG statements and recommending best practice processes to achieve sustainability goals Development of target-group-oriented communication and training measures

Complete studies in economics ideally focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility or Sustainability or a comparable degree programme Experience in sustainability reporting or in a comparable role, ideally additionally finance or Audit experience Knowledge of corporate sustainability reporting or GRI and EU taxonomy legislation Good understanding of business relationships and affinity for data and IT tools Target-oriented working with strong analytical skills High level of self-initiative and self-employment in the preparation and advancement of the topics Communicative personality with pronounced collaborative ability across all hierarchical levels, as well as the strength to build and maintain effective networks Very good German and English skills in word and writing as well as a certain international readiness
