Your site is the competence center project management in the Berlin Sparkasse. Here you will learn the project management from the Pike to the project manager. You can expect exciting topics from the banking business that will be implemented in a project. The versatility in the job automatically results from the numerous facets of project management, the cross-departmental work in the house and the active exchange in the savings banks financial group. During your 18-month trainee program in your area, the following tasks await you: The plan in mind: You tax projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of the project objectives. Implementation of project communication: You communicate convincingly and addressably. Responsibility for economy: You coordinate the material and human resources including Budget/result responsibility. Assessment of project risks: You develop measures to reduce risks independently. Networking by Hospitations: You have the opportunity to establish valuable contacts in the company through hospitations in other areas.

You have a completed economics/university study as well as special knowledge and practical experience in the focused field of tasks. You have good knowledge of project management structures and methods (classical and agile). You have a quick understanding and networked and structured thinking. You're ready to take responsibility and make decisions. You want to get to know new things and are ready to develop yourself personally and professionally.
