Creating and switching job advertisements on different platforms and in relevant networks to win matching candidates (m/w/d) Conduct structured interviews with qualified professionals in cooperation with our executives personally, telephone or digital Correspondence with applicants (m/w/d), including appointment and communication throughout the selection process Accompanying the recruitment process - from the selection decision on trusting cooperation with the works council to the creation of the contract and successful integration of new talents Support in the HR team's daily business, e.g. for administrative tasks relating to personal files, contracts or onboarding Participation in exciting HR projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, human resources management, or a comparable qualification desirable Knowledge in the field of recruiting and in modern interview and selection procedures Safe handling of applicant management systems, experience with SuccessFactor of advantage Good knowledge of labour law, in particular in the AGG and data protection in the recruiting context Embossed communicative skills as well as a professional and empathic appearance High level of organisational skills, initiative and reliability Negotiation and fingertips in dealing with different target groups Experience in Employer Branding and interest in current recruiting trends desirable Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
