As an IT support, you serve logistics staff with regard to hardware and software and are the deputy of the team leader. The incoming tickets are assigned to the right IT team. For the logistics hardware (scanner, label printer, etc.) take over the administration, installation and configuration. You also take responsibility for the Mobile Device Management MDM. You will also ensure the operation and further development of the Matrix42 ticket and asset management system.

At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration or IT support Experience in IT support for a Microsoft environment (AD, Powershell, GPO, Office) Experience in working with an ITSM suite or an asset management system such as Matrix42 Knowledge in the administration of Matrix42 or a comparable system or also in mobile device management with a relevant tool (e.g. MobileIron) is desirable.
