Site Manager (m/f/d)

As part of our Corporate Real Estate Management team, you are responsible for the facility management of our locations in the Nord-Ost/Karlsruhe region. You control and control external service providers and act as the first respondent for all FM-relevant topics at the locations. In this function, you actively develop the operational processes on site and ensure a consistently high performance quality.

Your tasks in detail: You control and coordinate the day-to-day business and ongoing measures in commercial, technical and infrastructural facility management. You are responsible for the active control of external service providers including performance monitoring, control of the contractually agreed services, evaluation of monthly reports and quality evidence as well as auditing and budget tracking for the supervised locations. You independently organize remodeling measures, relocations, security visits, etc. and participate in the implementation of real estate projects. You process in-depth inquiries and notifications as well as organization, commissioning and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and repair work. You provide support for closing systems and parking space management as well as support for commercial activities in the areas of procurement and budget planning. You optimize the operational facility management and are responsible for the further development of the performance level at the locations. You are the central contact person for employees and all relevant stakeholders in the field of facility management.

You have successfully completed a technical or commercial study or a corresponding vocational training and have several years of professional experience in facility management or Corporate Real Estate Management. In addition, we wish: You have a high degree of responsibility and self-initiative. You are characterized by their high solution-oriented, structured working methods as well as pronounced organizational talent and quality awareness. You bring a technical understanding in the field of plant and building technology. You have good knowledge of occupational safety and fire protection. You convince with their communication strength, team orientation and social competence. You have good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel. You complete your profile with very good German and good English skills and bring traveling readiness within the region.
