Invoicing & Receivables Management Clerk (m/f/d)

You first, check and book output invoices in SAP You carry out and monitor project accounting according to internal requirements and contractual agreements, according to VOB Proofs of Performance, Dimensions and Acceptance Protocols You carefully check as the basis of the invoice In close coordination with project management, controlling and accounting, you ask for correct accounting data Inquiries from customers and internal departments inform you professionally You keep time limits in sight and make sure a timely billing You'll start evaluations and reports on invoice status, open items and project revenues You support your team in project work

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in the field of invoices or project accounting Secure handling of SAP Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel A structured, careful and independent way of working Joy of teamwork and good communication skills Number affinity and analytical thinking
