You support the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure in everyday work
You are the first contact person for our colleagues: IT questions and technical problems (1st/2nd level support)
You help with the analysis and sustainable elimination of hardware and software problems
You support server and client systems in the Windows environment
You work with the user and rights management in Active Directory
You are working on internal IT projects as well as on improvements and optimizations of our IT landscape
You care about IT documentation and help manage hardware and software
Complete training in the IT field or a comparable qualification / professional experience
Experience in system administration and IT support
Good knowledge of Windows client and server environments (e.g. Windows 11, Windows Server 2016–2025)
Ideal experience with: Active Directory
Microsoft 365
Hyper-V
Network structures and basic IT security
Experience with ticket or monitoring systems is advantageous
