Your tasks

• Cleaning of dishes, cutlery, dishes and kitchenware by dishwasher or hand cleaning.
• cleaning of work surfaces, appliances, cooling rooms and floors in the sink and kitchen area.
• Sorting, drying and proper stowing of cleaned material.
• Control and refill of rinsing and cleaning agents.
• Support for waste separation and disposal according to operational requirements.
• Support the kitchen team to clean up and restore order after production and events.
• Support for major events and special cleaning (e.g. after events or maintenance).
• Intermediate cleaning of equipment and work surfaces at production peaks.
• With the help of the buffet or clearing area if necessary.
• Representation of colleagues in the cleaning or storage area.
• Short assignments at venues to clean return dishes, equipment or transport boxes.
• compliance with internal cleaning and hygiene standards.

Your professional qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or kitchen is of advantage, but also suitable for cross-catchers.
• Understanding hygiene standards and cleaning regulations.
• Basic knowledge of the use of industrial dishwashers and detergents is desirable.
