Examination, installation and maintenance of material master data in the ERP system as a basis for material data management spare part selection in the ERP system for newly introduced material as well as creation of spare parts URLs according to applicable specifications and guidelines Examination of CAD models on their suitability for picture boards in illustrated spare parts catalogues and creation of illustrations from CAD volume models as well as construction and construction documents according to general guidelines Close cooperation with Logistics Engineering, reviewing the analysis results for completeness, accuracy and suitability as input for material data management Support for the creation and testing of key documents (Guidance documents) specifically for material management
Complete university degree with first professional experience or technical training with multi-year professional experience in material data management Good technical understanding, very good knowledge of how to use common MS Office applications and ERP systems Remarkable first experience as a technical editor:in marine logistics, including editorial software APart and ASD specifications (S1000D, S2000M) Structured, independent working with high self-initiative as well as strong communication and enforcement capability and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
