Together with your team, you will realize new construction and modernization projects of free line masts in the high and high-voltage range of up to 380 kV and shape the path to achieving climate protection goals with our customers. You contribute to successfully mastering the energy transition!

Financial expert and passion for business: The combination of financial and management skills allows you to actively shape the economic development of our West branch. You are responsible for budget management, financial planning, reporting and rolling forecasts – with the aim of ensuring sustainable financial development. Stratege and success consultant: Together with the technical branch management, you develop the strategy of the branch and shape the personnel and investment planning. Through the close interconnection with the project controller and the commercial business unit manager, you can secure the exchange with the operating business and at the same time bring the comprehensive view of the Transmission Lines area. Designers for innovation, standards and processes: You continuously develop the commercial principles for our supply and negotiation strategies and our customer contracts. In doing so, you shape business environments, focus on digitalization and innovative approaches and thus strengthen long-term customer relationships and the economic position of the branch. Connection to the operating business: As a disciplinary manager of the commercial functions of the branch as well as the Head of Project Controlling, you are closely associated with the operational commercial project business. The insights and information gained from this are used as an impulse for the strategic development of the branch and brings it into the higher-level commercial control of the Transmission Lines area. Stratege with team spirit: With technology affinity, innovative spirit and a sense of digitalization, you combine the requirements of the operating business with the structures and possibilities of our group of companies. Found experience and leadership skills: Through your multi-year professional and management experience in the Group/Group, you can safely move to different interfaces and understand the interests of branch, business units and group of companies. Business practice with an understanding of the industry: A study of business management, economics or economic engineering or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis. In addition, you will bring well-founded commercial practice experience from the energy infrastructure / construction industry and a good understanding of the execution of projects. Percentage of Completion (PoC) is therefore not a foreign word for you, but a daily business. Technology affinity and implementation strength: Your enthusiasm for technology helps you to combine commercial topics with the requirements of operational business and to effectively operationalize solutions on site. You do not hesitate to get out, to get to know the projects and employees personally and to develop solutions with this knowledge. Digital and innovative designers: Digitalization and innovative approaches will inspire you – and you will understand how to develop and implement concrete changes. Good user knowledge of SAP FI/CO/PS and IBM TM1 are ideally brought along.
