Our team for the central clinical workstation system i.s.h.med is responsible for the operation and further development of our central platform for mapping all relevant clinical work processes, medical documentation and performance detection as well as the connection of patient-oriented digital services of the Telematics Infrastructure. Together with our industrial partners, we create the technological foundations for modeling patient and treatment-oriented processes, for interoperable data exchange and for AI-based evaluation of large data stocks.

For the training and care of our users, we are looking for a motivated person with a proven specialist in the clinical trials of a university health service provider of maximum care and common clinical information systems with a focus on i.s.h.med as well as with highly developed didactic skills.

Self-planning and monitoring of the introduction of new specialist modules and functions of the clinical information system i.s.med and other central clinical applications in the clinics and institutes as well as the necessary training measures Self-creation of online training materials and user instructions for the central clinical information systems Implementation and planning of regular instructions and refreshment training for the professional groups involved in routine patient care in the central clinical information systems 2nd level support for KAS support messages including ticket processing Interface function between IT and specialist users, continuous collection of technical requirements on IT systems and processes and introduction to demand planning Participation in the content design of specialist concepts Participation in team readiness for the central clinical information system

A completed information technology training (e.g. specialist in system integration) with medical focuses or a comparable training in the clinical environment with several years of professional experience in the application care of clinical information systems Proven knowledge or certificates on completed courses in didactics / information exchange and/or relevant, multi-year professional experience in teaching content Knowledge gained in creating modern, web-based training materials such as training videos, knowledge platforms, online courses or webinars Multiannual experience in the application support of clinical applications for a health service provider Constructive sensitivity and analytical skills in the collection and evaluation of user requirements Pleasure of information exchange and collegial handling of colleagues from clinical operations
