Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

A full calendar does not bring you out of peace – on the contrary. You're driving forward dates and strategically. Meetings, events and trade fairs are planned, organized and prepared by you professionally. In doing so, you keep your budget, process and effect in mind. Basis of decision? Presentations? Management reports? Complex content is structured, understandable and visually convincing. As a communicative turntable, you coordinate the internal and external correspondence between branch management, sales and department managers as well as the company headquarters in Kiel and ensure clear information flows. Not only do you carry protocols – you keep thinking of measures and ensure their follow-up. Also in contract and return payment management, you bring structure in, supports agreements and keeps time limits in mind. In addition, you take responsibility in projects, analyze sales statistics and identify optimization potentials. In short, you keep the threads together – sovereign, structured and with an overview.

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification forms your basis. Multiannual assistance experience – ideally at management or sales level – has shown you how important prioritization and vision are. Organization is in your blood. Even if several topics run at the same time, you will focus on clear topics. Analytical thinking is easy for you. Figures don't scare off – you recognize connections and prepare them in a comprehensible manner. Communication is your strength: clear, binding and situation-oriented. You'll be so confident and keep discretion. Your own initiative is of course yours. Instead of waiting for instructions, you think ahead. With MS Office – especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint – you work safely and professionally. You also feel comfortable in handling iOS. Good knowledge of English complete your profile. What if it gets hectic? Stay calm, structured and solution-oriented.
