DEPARTMENT HEAD EDUCATION PRODUCTION - Advanced Training Courses & Certificate Programs (m/f/d)

You take over the management of the Department of Education Production with the teams Study Planning Ascent and Study Planning Certificates. You are responsible for the professional, economical and high-quality implementation of our courses – from planning to smooth teaching. You control dates, start-ups, groups, capacities, lecturers and resources with a view to quality, utilisation and customer satisfaction. You develop processes, standards and key figures for the planning, control and quality assurance of the course implementation. You work closely with educational development, educational media, recruiting, IT, student service, marketing and sales as well as quality management. You ensure that existing courses are properly adapted to new market requirements, audit regulations or legal requirements. You lead the assigned team lines, set clear goals and develop employees and teams.

You have completed their studies, ideally in the field of education management, adult education, economic education, business management or comparable. You bring several years of experience in the operational management of educational offerings, course planning, course organisation or comparable planning processes. You understand the requirements of a private-sector educational institution and combine quality, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction. You have leadership experience and lead clear, value-estimating and high-conversion. You work structured, process-oriented and data-based and keep track of short-term changes. You have high interface competence and actively contribute to the development of digital, efficient and scalable educational production.
