Become part of Mercedes-Benz Heritage GmbH as Administrative Workshop Coordination (w/m/d) This is expected • Support of customer advisors and project managers in the processing and coordination of orders • Administrative support in cost estimate creation • Support in the creation and timing of projects (e.g. strike payments, timekeeping, budget maintenance, customer releases) • maintain debitor accounting (payment receipts of invoices, debits) • Creation of operational reports on service management (open orders, project status, productivity, capacity planning, demand planning, quarterly and annual reports, forecasting) • Check and book foreign performance invoices in SAP/Autoline

We expect • Complete technical or commercial training or comparable • Passion for classic vehicles from Mercedes-Benz and relevant professional experience • Self-employed work with high quality results • Language: Treatable German • Experience in ordering processes • Experience in auditing and processing of invoices • Affinity for controlling themes • Sensitivity in handling VIP customers • Affinity for historic vehicles • Knowledge of SAP, Autoline, NACOS, XENTRY desirable Values and conditions Start: by agreement/we are looking forward to you from 01.05.2026 Duration: unlimited Working time: part-time (20 h/week) Place of work: Fellbach Working area: Classic Center Workshop Convinced?
