We are looking for an open-minded and reliable support for our HR team – someone who has the pleasure of accompanying people, organizing processes and in the background to make sure everything goes round. In this role, you work closely with colleagues, if our data is up-to-date, keeps an eye on important deadlines and actively contributes to modern, digital HR processes. The place must be occupied in part-time with 20 hours/week.

Maintaining personal master files in our HR systems and ensuring correct data. Detection and control of working hours for a defined group of employees, including corrections and preparation for wage billing. Processing of certificates and staff documents and service-oriented response to general requests. Creation of statistics and evaluations that support our personnel and business processes. Participation in the digitization and optimization of existing HR processes. Retrieval and administration of eAU notifications as well as work with the SV-Meldeportal as the first respondent for fundamental tax and social insurance issues. Creation of work contracts and other personal documents. Organisation of employee training, including appointment and participant overview. General administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the HR department.

Completed commercial training with a secure understanding of business processes Professional experience in human resources, ideally in administrative and operational HR processes Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) and routined handling of digital work environments Structured, careful and reliable operation, characterized by sense of responsibility and high discretion Embossed communication and team skills combined with a professional and service-oriented appearance Timely flexibility at the beginning of the month to reliably support wage and salary billing
