You guide consulting projects in the public sector on strategic issues of digital transformation and advises executives at federal level – for example in ministries and federal authorities – on organisational and technological decisions In addition, you are responsible for the structured processing of complex issues and develop sound basis for decision-making for management levels in the public sector – for example, for the ministerial and state secretary levels as well as for administration, departmental and departmental directors You take responsibility for sub-projects or overall projects, tax project teams and key stakeholders on the customer side and ensure the successful implementation of the project objectives You are also responsible for initiatives to optimize and control processes, for example by data-based process analyses, key number systems and modern control models. Together with project teams, you develop approaches to the automation of processes and accompany our customers in the introduction and organizational anchoring of automation and AI technologies A focus of your activity lies in transformation projects concerning process management and organisational development, for example in the further development of process management standards in the federal administration and the strengthening of process-oriented organisational structures You develop concepts for the digitization of administrative processes, such as the design of IT-supported end-to-end processes, as well as the introduction of digital platforms and IT systems Finally, you will see the development of customer relationships as well as offering and acquisition processes with Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a successfully completed university degree, for example in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Political Science, Administration or a comparable subject You bring multi-year relevant professional experience in the project business – for example in management consulting, public sector consulting, or in a comparable role in the public sector – with reference to our focus on process management, organisational development and digital transformation You have extensive experience in managing projects or subprojects as well as working with public sector executives You have certifications or sound knowledge in relevant methods and frameworks, such as Scrum, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT or TOGAF Experience or strong interest in AI-based methods for analyzing and optimizing business processes is advantageous A sovereign occurrence in the management environment is of course for you Good knowledge of German (from B2 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
