The provision of secure and reliable workplace systems is an essential component of the bonprix IT infrastructure. The daily, national and international challenges in this environment combined with the high requirements for a stable operational capability & innovation capability require a special focus on this area of work Your job You are responsible for the general administration of Workplace & VDI systems based on current local Microsoft technology as well as management from the Microsoft Cloud. In addition, you act as a direct contact* in our departments and work independently on projects. Your contribution In an exciting international multichannel environment, you are responsible for the operation and further development of our hybrid client infrastructure and space and media technology in our Hamburg location. Your training You bring a completed study of (e.g. business informatics) or a comparable training in the IT environment (e.g. specialist in system integration). Your experience You have several years of experience in the administration and operation of IT services in the Workplace area in a national and international environment. Your skills You have very good knowledge of client management with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune as well as the administration of Windows and Apple MacOS. You also speak German and English fluently. Your softskills You want to work quickly into existing system landscapes. You also bring a high level of communication skills and customer orientation.
