Then you are right with us: Take a central role in our Corporate Process Consulting team in IT and drive forward the further development and technical support of our globally used HR systems – focusing on SmartRecruiters and SAP SuccessFactors. Use your IT skills and enthusiasm for innovative HR processes to actively shape exciting projects. We look forward to your support – at our locations in Stuttgart, Munich or Cologne! Technical responsibility for the SmartRecruiters system Close cooperation and regular consultations with HR experts Recording and testing of new requirements, as well as planning the implementation taking into account the overall processes and system architecture Configuration, testing and production of system adjustments incl. Communication Coordination with SmartRecruiters' 3rd level support, as well as ticket management Presentation of workshops and co-design of HR processes in cooperation with adjacent teams, such as software development, BI and IT operations Identification of new technologies and innovative approaches to optimizing HR processes Conducting tests and support for projects (e.g. data cleaning, rollouts)

Experience in managing IT projects, moderating workshops and designing business processes Very good knowledge of SmartRecruiters and ideally in configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors, in particular in the modules LMS, P&G or S&D High IT affinity and a strong interest in HR processes Fun at work with data and pronounced analytical skills Structured and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
