Senior Manager IT Infrastructure & Technology (m/f/d)

DISCLOSURE Portfolio development: You unfold and shape a powerful portfolio for the renewal of our current IT Infrastructure & Technology solution framework and successfully position it on the market. Subject responsibility: You will develop strategic focus on data centers, operational security infrastructures, operational models, carve-outs, digital sovereignty and automation, as well as IT service providers' orientation and make specific offers. Operational responsibility: You take the operational responsibility for your team's economic success, tax revenues, utilisation and profitability, and meet sound decisions on this basis. Team leadership and development: You develop an existing, experienced team professionally and disciplinefully and develop IT Infrastructure & Technology skills. Customers advise: You accompany customers in aligning their IT Infrastructure & Technology strategy. You position adesso as a strategic partner, build resilient relationships with decision-makers and develop existing accounts.

DEIN PROFIL Management competence: You have already taken responsibility as a profit center management or team management in IT consulting and in this role you deal with topics related to the orientation of IT service providers in the context of IT Infrastructure & Technology, Regulatorik, Security and the introduction of new technologies. IT Infrastructure Background: You bring at least five years of experience in the field of operational IT infrastructures – ideally in a system house, a data center operator or an IT consulting company. Portfolio competence: You have proven experience in the development and control of portfolios or supply modules in the IT Infrastructure & Technology environment. Technology understanding: You know the essential technological trends in IT infrastructure e.g. modern data center concepts, cloud architectures, automation and security as well as corresponding solution architectures. Transformation Focus: You have a high affinity to modern IT infrastructure topics, especially in the area of consolidation and transformation of IT infrastructures – both organizational and technological. KI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape their responsible commitment in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso. Language competence: You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing and move safely at management level.
