Your tasks:

• independent processing of commercial tasks in the back office sector
• Support of the team (20 people) in managing business processes
• Maintenance, testing and updating of data in SAP HANA (P2C module)
• Creating, testing and tracking of invoices, orders and credits
• correspondence in German with internal and external contacts
• Support for monthly, quarterly and annual work
• Ensuring data quality and maintaining internal processes
• Takeover of special tasks as part of commercial project support

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Finded knowledge in SAP HANA, especially in the P2C module
• Knowledge of common MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• German language and writing
• Impressive ability to work quickly into new systems and processes
• High level of accuracy, durability and team capability
• Communication strength and service-oriented thinking
