Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You are working on various projects relating to career management, talent programs and employee and executive development. You prepare communication in different formats for employees and executives. You support the further development and updating of the career intranet page. You are organising internal training, workshops and events, taking the vote with external partners: on the inside, the participation communication and the incorporation in LMS.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Continuous studies in psychology, BWL or HR or a comparable discipline First experience in human resources Embossed communicative skills and high team orientation A high degree of reliability and certainty Organizational institution Routinized handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital media German and English language skills in word and writing
