Consulting our international customers for all individual corrugated board and packaging areas as well as individual projects (display, flexo, offset, digital printing, etc.) master data maintenance, article system and care incl. internal cliche and tool order Telephone support for regular and new customers and customer needs Inquiry and production of calculations and offers as well as their follow-up Commercial order acquisition and processing in the ERP system as well as tracking and coordination of delivery dates Tender processing Close cooperation with external services, purchasing, production and logistics Advertising processing Monitoring and dismantling of old stocks, support for receivable management and pallet management

completed commercial training, economic studies or comparable qualification Impressed communication and cooperation capability Ideally professional and industry experience Technical understanding Organizational talent with structured, independent working Negotiating skills, enforcing ability as well as a team- and customer-oriented working method Structured operation, strong time management and high resilience SAP knowledge desirable good English skills in word and writing
