Controller in the field of sustainability controlling (m/f/d)

You are responsible for creating external and internal reports. This includes the following tasks: Creation of standardised reports Quality assurance of the operation of the reporting platforms SAP ERP, BW and Microsoft PowerBI Content and technical standardisation and further development of the report refund Creation of ad hoc analyses and reports In addition, you take over the content analysis of current business development, in particular sustainability development, with the following tasks: Detailed analysis and plausibility of the data Analysis of the plan-actual deviation of the operationalized decarbonization strategy Collection of individual data for CSRD reporting Development of controlling structures in SAP ERP and BW Preparation of the regular discussions of the CO2 control panel Development of a life cycle calculation based on ecological parameters at economic unit level Conception of a differentiated decarbonization strategy Development of company-related key figures on asset development related to sustainability parameters and the derivation of target variables We work mobile and flexible. However, there are occasional missions on the workplace, including throughout the federal territory (approximately 1 – 5 days/year). These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed university studies (Bachelor/Diplom [FH]). Competences: You already have experience in controlling and in the use of controlling instruments. Part of your profile are in-depth business knowledge. You have knowledge of real estate management and sustainability reporting. You will also bring well-founded Microsoft Office knowledge. You already have knowledge of cost and performance accounting and basic knowledge of the relevant legal standards (BGB, HGB, CSRD). Knowledge of SAP systems ERP and SAP BW are desirable. Knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI is beneficial. Other: You have a thorough and careful operation with high reliability.
